Gen Zen Wellness combines nursing knowledge, practical coordination, creativity, enrichment and genuine human connection. We help turn an overwhelming situation into a clear, personalized path forward—and remain involved to help move it into everyday life.

Meet Lesley

Gen Zen Wellness was founded by Lesley Blaser, RN, BSN, an experienced nurse, healthcare professional, advocate and innovator who believes excellent support begins with listening.

Lesley’s career has spanned trauma nursing, clinical research nursing, pharmaceuticals, culture and engagement, onboarding and program development. Across every role, she has naturally worked to simplify complexity, streamline processes and align people around a shared purpose.

While helping loved ones and people close to her navigate health challenges and major life transitions, Lesley recognized a significant gap between receiving recommendations and having the personalized support to understand, organize and put them into action.

She created Gen Zen Wellness to help fill that gap—bringing together clinical understanding, practical problem-solving and a deeply personal approach while keeping each person’s voice, individuality and quality of life at the center.

Lesley holds a multistate RN license through the Nurse Licensure Compact and is available for local and travel support.
